Dr. Joseph A. Petrick,
Principal and Founder of Integrity Capacity Associates, is recognized
nationally and internationally for his work in organizational ethics
consulting, training and development. He is published widely and is the
co-author of a number of books, including Management Ethics: Integrity at Work,
and is the co-originator of the integrity capacity approach to
organizational moral development. Dr. Petrick combines 30 years of
management, consulting and proven platform experience in the private,
public and nonprofit sectors to provide clients with energetic,
seasoned, state-of-the-art organizational ethics services. His lively,
interactive platform style and ability to handle practical issues are
appreciated by workshop participants and organizational clients. |
Dr.
Petrick earned his Ph.D. in philosophy and cultural anthropology from
Pennsylvania State University with advanced international work as a
Woodrow Wilson Fellow at the University of Bonn in Germany and the
University of Tokyo in Japan. His MBA is in management and marketing
from the University of Cincinnati. He teaches full-time on the
Management Faculty and serves as the Executive Director of the
Institute for Business Integrity at Wright State University in Dayton,
Ohio, and is lifetime SPHR-certified as a human resource management
professional.

Dr. John F. Quinn,
Senior Partner, is also recognized nationally and internationally for
his work in business law and organizational ethics. He is published
widely and is the co-author of the books, The Foundations of Criminal Responsibility and Management Ethics: Integrity at Work,
and is the co-originator of the integrity capacity approach to
organizational moral development. Dr. Quinn has developed a law
practice concentrating on employment and environmental law. Dr. Quinn
completed his doctoral studies in Ethics at the University of
Washington and earned his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton. He
is now Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at the University of Dayton and
is PHR-certified as a human resource professional. |
